On December 6th, 2016 the Department of Veterans Affairs conducted an onsite visit to House Calls. They reviewed files in the Representative Payee Department and the Guardianship Department. This is from the letter the Department sent on December 8th:
“We found no apparent deficiencies during our review process. House Calls of Menomonie, Inc. is performing satisfactorily and your current standing as a recognized VA Fiduciary will continue. Thank you for your service to our veterans and their dependents! We appreciate the courtesy and cooperation shown by you in our visit.”
SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION gives a positive report!
On March 7th and 8th, 2016, House Calls of Menomonie, Inc. met with representatives from the Social Security Administration (SSA). As part of the visit, auditors reviewed a random sample of the 911 Social Security beneficiaries that House Calls serves.
Here are the results from the S.S. audit:
“Your record keeping is accurate and well organized.”
“House Calls of Menomonie effectively reports client changes to the Social Security Administration by mail, phone fax and e-mail.”
“House Calls of Menomonie completes annual account forms timely and submits the forms both online and through the mail.”
The SSA made no findings that require action by House Calls of Menomonie, Inc.
